S-Finanzcockpit - Stay mobile with company finances
Company finances at a glance and release mobile payments - regardless of location, time, employees and stationary installed software. This is the S finance cockpit.
The app provides you with information about the financial situation of your company. It summarizes all processes related to your business accounts and displays what is relevant to you on your phone or tablet.
In addition, the S-Finanzcockpit lets you approve or reject payments on the go and keeps you up to date on outstanding payment orders.
Are you responsible for the finances in a company, company, club, organization or as a self-employed person in your own business? Do you use banking software such as SFirm or StarMoney Business, have access to your savings bank's corporate customer portal or use other EBICS accesses? FUNCTIONS
• Presentation of your business finances
• Display as an overview and in detail of accounts, balances, income, expenses, turnover
• Display of payment orders that are available for approval (source: EBICS-VEU and Sparkasse corporate customer portal)

DATA SOURCES
• The financial data is supplied to the app by your StarMoney Business or SFirm electronic banking software. To do this, link the app quickly and securely with your software installation using a QR code
• You can integrate your access to the corporate customer portal of your Sparkasse directly into the app
• EBICS access to your savings bank or bank can also be set up
• Technical integration or re-authorization by your financial institution is not necessary
SAFETY
• The transfer between the app and the software runs via a secure and encrypted server from Star Finanz GmbH, which is hosted in a Sparkasse data center in Germany
• All data is stored encrypted
• Twice as secure: All transmission of user data is encrypted for transport and content
• The S finance cockpit is protected by an individual code. You can also use face recognition or fingerprint
• Data sovereignty remains exclusively in your hands at all times
HINTS
• To use the S-Finanzcockpit on your phone or tablet, you need the electronic banking software StarMoney Business 9 with PlusPackage or SFirm (from version 4 with the module extension "Finanzcockpit")
• Prerequisite for the provision of financial data in the app is the coupling of your phone or tablet with your StarMoney Business or SFirm. Practical: the existing user and rights structure is automatically adopted
• Prerequisite for the provision of orders is access to the corporate customer portal of your savings bank or other EBICS access
